The Technology Marketing Alliance is the definitive forum for the top technology marketers in the Washington, D.C. area. Its members consist of Vice Presidents and C-level marketers who are shaping the region's technology brands. TMA membership is by invitation only to ensure that everyone involved is there for one reason only—to develop a forum for idea exchange and continuing education.

TMA was founded in 2006 as a forum for peer collaboration among the technology marketing elite. It's an all-volunteer group of senior-level marketers developing programs for other marketers.

As a growing technology hub, Washington has built many of the formal entrepreneur organizations similar to Silicon Valley and Boston. However, as the area has produced successful exits, the community has started to see a growing group of sophisticated marketers develop, many on their second or third company.
